- Any additional work requested after a quote is agreed will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be agreed in your quote.
- For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged and will be detailed in your quote.
- Final payment is due upon completion and your sign-off of the finished work.
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and major debit/credit cards.
4. Scheduling & Access
- Start dates are estimated and may be affected by weather, supply delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
- You must provide reasonable access to the work area. If access is restricted or unavailable, this may affect timelines and costs.
- Please ensure pets and children are kept clear of the work area for safety.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
All landscaping work carried out by GreenScape comes with a workmanship guarantee. If any defect arises due to our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by adverse weather, misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time before work begins. The deposit may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.
- If you cancel after work has started, you will be liable for the cost of work completed and materials purchased.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to dangerous weather conditions or other safety concerns.
7. Insurance
GreenScape South Wales holds full public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.
